Ross Hillesheim is Principal of 1850 Properties. He develops, entitles, and operates gas stations and truck stops in California and the Mountain West.
Fifteen years. Eleven sites. Four active entitlements. More than $80 million constructed.
That operating experience is the work. 1850 does it on its own book, and for corporates and private owners who want the same standard. We take our clients and partners seriously. The site has to work after the ribbon, not just on the application.

The One Hundred Club of Contra Costa County provides immediate financial support for the spouses and children of police officers and firefighters who lose their lives as a direct result of physical injuries sustained in Contra Costa County in the line of duty.

Posse members are those people who support law enforcement, safe communities and seek out ways to help those less fortunate among us. The Posse has a long tradition of holding first class events for our members, raising funds for worthwhile charities located in Contra Costa County, and having fun while doing it!
